From Conversation to Connection: The Story of LMSIFY

Our Origin

Founded in 2020 by Marquitah Snowball, Let Me Say It For You (LMSIFY) LLC was born during the global silence of the pandemic. What began as a virtual Zoom space for grounding and processing emotional overwhelm quickly transformed into a mission-led movement. In a season defined by isolation, LMSIFY became a sanctuary for those choosing life one breath and one intentional decision at a time.

The work behind LMSIFY is deeply informed by both lived experience and professional training. Marquitah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which serve as foundational pillars for the practices and wellness experiences developed within the ecosystem. With over a decade of experience across clinical, behavioral, and community-centered spaces including ABA therapy at Center for Autism and Related Disorders, foster care support through Children's Aid Society, and clinical training through the Iona Family Therapy Clinic and Children’s Village Bronx LMSIFY is built on a balance of professional insight, emotional authenticity, cultural awareness, and heart-centered care.

The P.A.U.S.E. Philosophy

At the heart of our ecosystem is the P.A.U.S.E. practice: Patience and Awareness Unites Self with its Experience. This mindfulness framework is woven into everything we do, designed to help you regulate overwhelm, strengthen personal autonomy, and navigate the complexities of modern life with grounded self-awareness.

A Multidimensional Ecosystem

LMSIFY has evolved beyond discussion into a creative wellness ecosystem. We bridge the gap between emotional health, culture, and artistry through our core branches:

  • The P.A.U.S.E. Portal: A hybrid sanctuary offering both virtual and IRL (In-Real-Life) offerings. It is designed to provide consistent access and accountability spaces where mindfulness becomes a shared, lived experience.

  • SnowDayKokoa: A dedicated somatic space for adult sensory meditation. These sessions focus on embodiment and deep restorative work.

  • Irie Igloo: Our curated “Fourth Space” community. Sparked virtually and expanding into physical environments, it is packed with opportunities to connect and ground with like-minded individuals and professionals who dabble intentionally with life.

  • The Life Tokens Shop: Wearable coping tools and restorative products that serve as tangible reminders of your grounding practice.

Our Mission

Whether through immersive workshops or tangible wellness tools, we are dedicated to creating spaces where you feel seen, grounded, and inspired. We don't just talk about wellness—we build the environments and accountability structures that make it accessible, relatable, and deeply restorative.
